Designed with a precision 6mm inner bore, this wheel mounts directly onto standard side-shaft, planetary, and center-shaft DC gear motors. The reinforced center hub includes a metal threaded insert with an inline grub screw, locking firmly onto D-shaped or round motor shafts to ensure reliable power transmission under rapid acceleration and reverse braking.

How to Use

1. Ensure the output shaft of your 6mm DC motor is clean and free of oil or debris.

2. Align the wheel hub bore with the motor shaft and slide it into place, leaving a 1mm clearance from the motor casing.

3. Position the side grub screw directly over the flat surface of the motor D-shaft.

4. Tighten the grub screw securely using an Allen key or screwdriver to complete installation.
