The Electroboat W3230 AC 110V-220V Digital Temperature Controller is an all-in-one microcomputer thermostat unit designed for precise temperature regulation without needing an external DC power supply. Built with a built-in power module, it connects directly to standard AC 110V–220V electrical supplies, driving an onboard high-capacity 20A relay to switch heaters, coolers, compressors, or fans on and off automatically.

The controller is equipped with a bright dual LED display—showing the real-time measured temperature in Red (PV) and the target setpoint temperature in Blue (SV). Complete with a 1-meter waterproof NTC (10K 0.5%) temperature sensor probe, the W3230 supports both heating and cooling operating modes, delayed start, temperature calibration, and high-temperature alarm functions for absolute control reliability.

How to Use

1. Wiring Power & Load: Connect AC 110V-220V live and neutral lines to the power input terminals. Wire your load (heater, lamp, or compressor) in series through the relay switch contacts.

2. Setting Target Temperature: Press the SET button once. The bottom blue display will flash. Use the ▲ (Up) and ▼ (Down) buttons to choose your desired setpoint, then press SET again to save.

3. Accessing Advanced Parameter Menu (P0–P8): Press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds:

   • P0 (Heating / Cooling Mode): Set to H for heating elements or C for cooling fans/refrigeration.

   • P1 (Hysteresis / Differential): Set the temperature difference allowance before the relay re-engages (0.1°C–30°C).

   • P2 / P3 (Max / Min Limits): Set maximum and minimum safety temperature limits.

   • P4 (Temperature Correction): Calibrate temperature reading offset (-10°C to +10°C).

   • P5 (Delay Start): Delay relay activation by 0–10 minutes (useful for protecting refrigeration compressors).

   • P6 / P8 (High Temp Alarm / Key Lock): Set high-temperature cutoff thresholds or lock settings.
