The CA3130 is a BiMOS (Bipolar + MOS) operational amplifier featuring high-input impedance, very low input current, and fast response time. It combines PMOS transistors at the input for extremely low input bias current with bipolar transistors at the output, delivering high speed and drive capability.
This IC supports operation at very low input current levels—perfect for interfacing with high-impedance sensors, transducers, and low-level analog signals. The CA3130 is capable of single-supply or dual-supply operation, and features rail-to-rail output, internal compensation, and output swing close to ground.
The DIP-8 package makes it suitable for breadboards and PCB development for analog signal conditioning, oscillators, and biomedical circuits.
