The Electroboat 4.5-35V 5A PWM DC Motor Speed Regulator Control Governor is an all-in-one solid-state motor speed control module engineered for high efficiency and smooth output control. Unlike simple linear resistive controllers that waste energy as heat, this module utilizes high-frequency Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) to adjust the average supply current delivered to the load while maintaining full torque at low motor speeds.

Capable of driving continuous load currents up to 5A (with peak power delivery up to 90W), this module features an onboard potentiometer fitted with an integrated power switch—allowing you to turn the connected circuit completely OFF with a counter-clockwise click. It also incorporates a high-current self-recovery resettable fuse that automatically limits overcurrent faults, safeguarding both the module and connected DC equipment.

How to Use

1. Connect Power Input: Connect your DC power supply (4.5V to 35V DC) to the Power + and Power - screw terminals.

2. Connect Load Output: Wire your DC motor, pump, fan, or LED array directly across the Motor + and Motor - output screw terminals.

3. Speed & Power Regulation:

   • Rotate the potentiometer knob clockwise past the tactile "click" to turn on the module.

   • Continue turning clockwise to gradually increase motor speed or LED brightness from 1% to 100%.

   • Rotate fully counter-clockwise until it "clicks" to shut off power to the load completely.

4. Direction Reversal: To reverse the rotation direction of a connected DC motor, simply swap the Motor + and Motor - wire positions.
